Norstar CP100 Language Issue 1

In the language drop down I have english and french, but I would like to have Italian. Was told the CP100 would have that installed but doesn't. ANyone know how I can get the Italian installed?

when you do the upgrade you can pick additional lang from the menu if you have the keycodes, then the use the drop down you'll get all lang...
