I have a customer with the companion wireless system, it lost power for about 14 hours, when the Norstar 4.0 system came back up, the companion did not, customer stated that the main attendant console read, UTAM needed or required, I need to know what that means, how do I obtain them, and how to reinstall these codes, all 4 wireless antennas are working, the site contact is not the original person that was in charge she can't find any of the original documentation, I could really use some help here.
