Norstar compact-plus ics

we have a Norstar compact-plus ics and from my understanding, it is supposed to have a built in auto attendant... but when i try to activate it with feature *831, it displays denied in admin. this is a small motel that has recently been bought , i am the manager and would like for people to choose 2 for room so , and so on... there are only 7 rooms... but how do i get past deny in admin.. i am able to record a custom message and have gone through a lot of the features.. but i am unfamiliar with these systems and need some help.... anyone???

Hello. There is a Norstar forum as well. It's been awhile but I believe that you do Feature 983 to access the voicemail admin and then go through the prompts to setup and activate the AA.
