Trying to get music on hold working. Have an iPod connected to a 66 block on the correct ports and do hear music on the phones when pressing Feature 86 to have the music come through the phone, but when taking a call and placing them on hold we get only silence. I checked the settings and background music is set to Yes and ON-HOLD is set to music. What else can I do to troubleshoot the issue?

Most likely something blew on the motherboard between moh input and teh part the software is pointing too, maybe due to incorrect wiring or not to specs (ohms etc).

Background and Hold are 2 different items on the mobo and software that share the same music source, just because one works it does not mean the other works too.
As for Maintenance Function never heard of it.
