Programmer
Need to program a button on Norstar CICS T7316E for flash button to pickup call waiting. Tried feature 71 (link) but would not take. Txs for all you're help

Is it that you couldn't program the button, or that using the Link function didn't work? If Link function didn't work, there is a link timer that may need to be adjusted. If button didn't program, then either the button is locked for something else or there was a miscue in programming. FYI, you'll get better response in the Nortel: Norstar Systems forum
