Norstar CICS caller id programming 6.1

I can't get my caller id info to show up automatically I have to press f811 and customer would like to see info without pressing anything. I have a 6.1 can I do it?

Yes, go under Terms and sets, then Telco features and set the lines that you want to show ID info.

The option metioned by Marv will not appear in programming unless the line is set to ring on the phone you want CLID to appear on.
