I have a client that is using a CICS.
He currently has 5 lines on the system that call forward to a regional office in another city if not answered after four rings. They don't want this feature to take place anymore.
I was under the belief that the equiv. group had a 'Delayed Call Forward' on the phone numbers. I asked the service provider to take the 'DCF' off but they informed me that there is no programming on the equiv. group.
Can 'Call Forward' in the KSU's programming be applied to the lines to make them forward to an outside line or is it just the extension that has the ability to call forward. Keep in mind the delay on the ring count.
Any suggestions
Thanks in advance.
