Norstar CICS 7.0 + CallPilot 100 Permanent Redirection of an Extension 1

We have a Norstar CICS 7.0 with CallPilot 100 v3.0. One of our workers left recently and I would like to permanently redirect his phone extension and voice mail to another phone. So far we only have the extension forwarded to another extension, but if it is possible for callers to leave voicemail in his mailbox, instead of the redirected target phone's mailbox.

Is there some way to simply make the mailbox of extension 1 the same mailbox as extension 2? I just don't want my employee having to check two different mailboxes in case she misses the forwarded phone.
 
The caller will be able to leave a message on the mailbox that the phone is forwarded to?
 
Just deleted the mailbox. When a caller calls that extension, it rings on the target phone, but if it is not picked up, the caller gets a message saying "The person you have called is not available. Exiting the system. Goodbye" and hangs up on me without being able to leave a message anywhere.
 
go into call pilot and add the extension number of the deleted mailbox as an alternate extension of the mailbox you wish to keep and it will share the mailbox.
