NORSTAR CICS 4X16 CALL FOWARDING OUTSIDE

Hi Telecomm Wizards

Im more of IT but now need to hammer a Telephone solution for work. I need to be able to recieve a call and if not answered in 6 rings be able to transfer to a Outside Number. This is an old Nortel CICS 4x16 with 4 cooper co trunks as I understand.

Can this be done? Can anyome help me or guide me. I have tried several thibgs with call foward no answer but I know im missing several steps
Any kind soul that can help?

The CICS needs to be at 4.1 software to support external call forward and a few other User and System settings need to be changed to allow for this as well. Let's start with the software level, what is it?
