I recently was called to a site with a CallPilot 100? attached to a Norstar 0x32 with a T1 card. The supervisor wants to know if he can monitor the queue for calls waiting to be answered. I did an inquiry using F9*3 and got the prompts for Log IN/OUT, Ready and SkillSet, but nothing to display calls in queue. There are no manuals on the site. Can someone please help if there is a code for Calls in Queue.
