Norstar MICS 5.0 Does anyone know what the lowest version software u need to make the caller ID come up automatically without depressing F811? We purchased a new CID trunk card were told that the caller ID would work normally as it does on a cell phone and come right up but its not working. I'm trying to also contact the provider to double check that they are definitely sending the Caller ID digits which we hgave already ordered and are paying for so i'm pretty sure they are sending them.

You need at least R6.1 to auto display CLID at all sets where the line appears and rings. Otherwise it's only one set per line, and all others must use F811 to see CLID before answering a call.
