I have a call pilot 3.0 with enhanced acd/call center reporting and all the acd and voice mail functions work correctly and i can sign into call pilot manager and acd reporting server but when i try to get reports or live status displays nothing works , it says that it cant connect to the call pilot, eben though it does connect to the call pilot for voice mail and assigning all the acd stuff, just blank reports and no live stats, i have done the procedures about 20 times and on 4 different computers as the server connected to the call pilot but with the same results, it lets me connect 1 time and after i try to get an acd report it will never let me connect again,ever.
i neeeeeeeeeeed help, anyone have a call pilot connected to a reporting server, any troubles, fixes?..thx
