Norstar Call Pilot 150 ccr help

I have a business that wants their customer to be able to dial 1 for emergencies, 2 for sales, 3 for..etc......in the emergency box they are wanting the caller to be able to leave a message and then the on call tech will be paged from that mailbox. Then after the tech is paged he can call in and retrieve the message. I was thinking that ccr was the best way but am having some trouble with it. This is on a Norstar MICS...Thanks for any help

CCR is the only option.

Disable the Tree in AA/Table/1/ then Next or Ok until you see CCR, disable it, but remember to enable it press 1.

Then go to CCR and setup each Path as you like.

When done press End,Save and Yes
Then re-enable the tree
