Apologies but I've just been put in a position where I'm responsible for IT and phone systems on site - so if I'm coming across as ignorant, I'll learn

We have a Nortel T7316E switchboard and I need to setup/link four extensions so that if one is called but doesn't answer then the other three extensions can pick up the call.
I think it can be done as a hunt group - the other three extensions ring after so many rings unanswered but I don't know how to set up the group for the four extensions.

I've been trawling user guides and installation manuals all morning and nothing gives me step by step instructions. I have done it in a previous life but don't know the IID codes etc on this system

Is anyone able to help??? I have the ID and password for the system..... would be very grateful for any guidance

Site admins usually get 2 to 8 hours of training depending on color of hair.....cant train on a forum but can give some guidance only.
The Norstar System Coordinator Guide is very clear on hunt groups.

Point 0 in vmail to the DN of the hunt group
Remove any lines from the required members
Add required members to the hunt group
Assign as A&P or Ring Only (will come in on Intercom key)
Set to Broadcast (ring all members same time)
Overflow to choice, suggest reception.
