Have an ICS with 2 acd groups and for some reason group 1 is reporting just fine but group 2 went to all zeros as of 6-1-2015 per customer. Im in Texas they are in Canada so relying on phone conversation only. Is there a way to stop and start only group 2 the reporting you get when you do a feature 922 to look at stats?
