We currently run a Norstar phone system with an ACD module. We have two (2) ACD lines and use one for our operator and one for customer service. We have recently tried to add an agent to ACD2 (customer service) and the system will not save it. We can add agents to ACD1 (operator) but not to ACD2. After going through the minuet setup to add, we can choose yes to add the agent to ACD1 and ACD2 but it will only save ACD1. Anyone run into this before? We only have currently 4 agents on this ACD and previously had many more than that so we know it is not a limit issue.
