Norstar 8x24 Call Logger Interface

Hello Can anyone provide system programming details for a Norstar 8x24 telephone system, to set up the SMDR call logging output.

I am trying to connect a call logger interface to a Norstar system, which simply connects to a telephone extension port on the system.

I belive there is a ' call logging interface system coordinator guide'

Does anyone have a copy of this guide , is the guide available on the web anywhere?

Any technical information on Call logging connection/system setup would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have the guides you are looking for, but there is not much to it.
Once the SMDR is connected, wait 60 sec, then do a FEATURE 9*2.
The prompts are quite good to set it up.

Set your baud rate to match
NO parity
8 data bit
1 stop bit
flow control CTS/RTS.

That should get you going.
