Hello, I appeciate any feedback on this situation.

I have a Norstar MICS 7.1 with 2 CP150's, 1 is licensed for Call Center Pro with Reporting.

We installed a second CP150 to double the port capacity.

Can we combine these ports to allow for 16 ports?

Currently, we believe that we can only have one VM for AA/Call Center and the other for VM boxes.

Any comments? How do we get more than 8 ports on a Norstar? Without the BCM migration?

use one for mbox and aa and the other for call center. In short BCM is the answer.

True. In short, if you're going to put two CP's on a MICS, one has to be Call Ctr, and the other VM.
