Norstar is getting a bunch of 310-**** event codes from the PRI,customer reports delayed conversations and occasional disconnects,Phone company says circuit test clear,replaced T-1 Card and no resolution,still happening....What next???
-Reboot KSU
-Change Patch Cord
-Tell Carrier you replaced phone system.
-Double check all parameters match theirs
-Have them do a 24 hour monitor
-Have them replace they hardware on site
-System STARTUP
