New to this forum, hope my lack of knowledge doesnt upset too many !

I have this system installed and have had trouble with a handset that got replaced. Somehow I think the handset needs joining to the Night Service GROUP, it doesn't ring when an external call comes in when the system has been manually placed in night service mode. I have gone into admin, go down to service modes and there is little choice in the way of sub menu's, so I cant see features like trunk call for example. Its as if my menu's are limited?
Also, when you say that 266344 = config, how /or what is the translation between numbers and letters?

First of all you need to post what software version you have.

There are two levels of programming and two different manuals

INSTALLER GUIDE: user access in spell the word CONFIG (266344)

SYSTEM COORDINATOR: user access code is ADMIN (23846)
