Norstar 4.0 voicemail feature codes

I've got a 4.0 NAM that keeps losing it's feature codes. Auto attendant still works and Feature 981 but leave a message and transfer to voicemail are gone. How can I get them back??

Power down the Nam. Go into Feature **XFTEST. and remove all feature codes. Then re-boot your Nam and all should be well.

OK, I get out to site and find that I can't access any voicemail feature codes. When the NAM reboots it stops at F7 on the digital read out. Any idea what this code means??

Have you rebooted the NAM??

Did you check your FNA on your sets-being your VM DN???
