norstar 4.0 ring groups not working correctly

cutomer has service for the voice mail to answer at night.
service 5, ring group 004, Line 031(main) with Voice mail port as extension. manual
No problems works fine.

They have a service "night" that rings a group of sets.
ring group 001 Line 031 (main) several extensions assigned. manual

Also have service 4 that would ring a group of sets.
ring group 002 line 031 (main) several extensions assigned. manual

The problems is that when service 4 is set. Phones assigned to ring group 001 are ringing.

Dont know what the problem is. Could not find any hunt groups set up. So I am
stumped at this point. I may have to have service 4 and 5 use the same ring
group.

Update: The problem was that the line in question was not 031 but 157 a DID.
I could not find a way to clear the 031 in services. And 157 does not show in
the "list" option. Live and learn.
