Norstar 3x8

I have a Norstar 3x8 with dr1. I just got 2 m7100 when i connect them to the system all i get is 3 flashing dots on the display. Also i have a t316 connected to system which works fine. Any help would be great

cant find compatability matrix but i think they are not compatible

You need DR5 software. The 7100s are not compatible.
