Norstar 3x8 restriction/override

Hi, I have an old (1990) Norstar 3x8 that I am trying to figure out how to restrict phones from making calls (all with the exception of 911). In the programming there are fields for restrictions and overrides for lines and stations, but I am unsure what needs to be set. Any help would be appreciated.

If you only want 1 station, let’s say a courtesy phone, to be restricted then you would use Set Restrictions. If you want specific lines to be restricted then you use Line Restrictions.
