Just 2 quick questions. A) How would one be able to tell what software version is installed on a Nortel 3x8? B) What could cause the Transfer Feature (F70) to be an "Invalid Code"? Any help would be appreciated.

The 3X8 comes in only two flavors. DR1 and DR5. DR1 does not allow direct F70 transfers. If you can't transfer then you have a DR1. That's the easy way to tell.
DR5 has transfer DS and CLID it's quite a good unit.
