Norstar 3x8 and M7324

Hi,

I just moved my small business into a new building equipped with a very old, but very capable 3x8 system. When I plugged in our phones, the 7208 and 7310's work okay, but my receptionist's phone, the 7324 doesn't.... what am I missing? Is there a particular way the block needs to be wired to support 7324? I had centrex at the old place, so I never had to worry about anything! Thanks for any help you may have.

I know the 7324 set will not work on the old 3X8 DR1, however I believe the DR5 release supports all Norstar sets.

Sounds like you have an old 3X8.
