I need guidance on our Norstar nt5b41gb-93. I come from a cs1000e enviroment so I havent a clue on where to start doing my MAC's.

Could anyone guide me on how you program the switch? Is there a console port,command structure, etc.?

That part number is for a Caller ID card. This forum is limited on how much information we can give. I would highly suggest that you have a Nortel vendor come out and train you on the system. It will certainly be worth your money and time. On the Norstar all programming is done through the phone, either the M7324 or M7310. You enter programming by pressing Feature **266344 and then the password. If you have a manual there should be a programming overlay for the phone.
