i have an 0x32 with 7.1 software with a call pilot. i just switched to a pri. when i call in during night service the call goes to a recording saying the person you are calling does not have a mailbox. i ran into this before but cannot remember the fix. i know it had something to do with the ring group.anybody know?

Are you calling the main number or someones DID? Check Ring Groups and Controll Sets

Clear the control set for all the phone extensions.
