Norstar 0X32 2 T-1s have drop calls I need troubles codes info?

symptoms: system dropps inbound and out bound calls over T-1s both T-1 cards have Geen L.E.D lights and no Yellow alarms show up . Pac Bell said they show both T-1s O.K. no Errors.
Help I need info on what trouble code is for:
1. EVT 337-316 S4
2. EVT 230-01 S4
3. EVT 325-01 S5
I check all the code in my books! but these don't show up under event codes.
If any one has the answer please let me know.. thanks coolcruiser

This is from the alarm/event code manual

Evt337-316 is "The network log has been cleared" (No action required). The "316" appended to the entry likely identifies the DN that cleared the log. "S4" is severity 4, severity ranges from 1 to 9, with 9 being the most serious.

Evt230-01 is "Internal maintenance software has detected an error". Action- Record message and contact local support. I suppose they would want the "01".

Evt325-01 is "Short term alarm theshold has been surpassed in the DTI cartridge for the the detection of an errored second. Event is related to T1 service". Action- Most likely an irregularity with the PSTN connections. If this event occurs more than once over a two week period, contact your local support group.

Have a look at the Installer Guide under "CSU stats" (Channel service unit, this may help you troubleshoot.

day or night?

what type of t1 service? Coding, Frame, parameteres?
