Norstar 032 6.0 with pri, upgrade to 6.1 then 7.0?

Currently have a customer with a Norstar 032 6.0 with pri keycode and would like to upgrade to 6.1 then 7.0 however it's been a while since I've done this and I'm not sure if I'll lose the pri keycode.

I do gave the keycode that was originally used for the pri.
Can I upgrade to 6.1 by pulling 6.0 then insert 6.1 software?
Will this mess up the keycode or change the sys Id?

Any input is appreciated.
