Why would a digital station port be deprovisioned????other than maybe representing a defective port? I have an existing system with 1 deprovisioned port on one mox 16 and 4 deprovisioned ports on another mox16...

I think you mean DISABLED ports?
We wouldn't know, only the tech who disabled them would know.
It wouldn't hurt to Enables and test them.
