Norstar 0/32 time keeps reseting 1

This side job had become one problem after another, thank god the customer provided the equipment.
Any how heres the problem:
I get a call from the customer that the time and date is off, so I go out and correct it, 15 minutes later it resets itself again back to the wrong time & date.
norstar 4.1 software which was used by another customer of mine for years without this problem.

What do you think ????????????????????

These lines are internet lines and have given me problems before on inbound calls, and the internet provider had to make some changes, does this sound like they have to make more changes or is there anything I can do?

What do you mean internet lines? lines are lines and can be used for anything realy.

Even though Perry has yelled at the tops of his lungs he is on the right track, you may want to turn Auto Time and Date off under System settings/Feature setting.
When on it gets the time and date from the Telco via Call ID....if the Telco gives the wrong info then your system will give the wrong info.

I myself dont like or use that option as changing time is simple....F**TIME and admin password.

simplest test to see if perry is right, go to system programming>>feature settings>>and set autotime&Date to N See if the problem clears.

Personally I think he is right also.
