I installed a 0/32 with 5 lines on clid trunk cards and had no trouble until the lines where installed the lines are voip lines from an internet company.

Trouble:
Lines ring in on a single line phone with no problem. and the first line rings in with no problem it's when the first line is busy and the calls rollover to the second line, I don't get ringing althought I can meet the call by picking up the line. Ive tested the system with regular loop start line and the equipment is OK

Any sugestions?????????

Have you put a butt set- on monitor- on the voip line 2? Do you hear ring voltage when it's called?

When you call line 2 directly, does it ring the sets?

some voip adaptors don't have the ability to ring some sets i ran into this with nortel venture phones and needed a ring booster

I would advise to go back too regular phone lines...

This is a perfect example with line over the internet not
working correcly, not to mention the 911 issues....

Ring voltage is critical, I have seen this type of problem to many times.... And for what? To save a few $$$$$$?

Do yourself a favor a dump the new lines ASAP...
