norsatar manager 3.5 "sql error 421, any sugjestions

I am trying to backup a Modular ICS. Software rel.3 mics 1.1 v12.7 This SQL error 421 keeps accurring. When I check the error codes it's states it's because a set not initialized or because of a CAP not assigned. All my sets are enabled and idle. and I have trying with a CAP and with out a CAP. I am using manager 3.5 There has to be something I am missing in programming any sujgestions would be halpfull. kgrant

Does it at least start into the backup?
Have you tried running the reports? That will sometimes show the problem.

It does go through most of the backup process. I did not see anthing in the reports. I have tried several things and still giving me the same at the same point of the backup process.

only time i had errors on a older version o software was with a busy system during the backup... i would pull trunk cards/disable and would work fine never paid attention to errors back on older software"ksu"...

KG,
What NRU release are you using? And perhaps you should try N* mangler 3.0. I've had backwards compatable troubles with NRU before so keep all of mine from 8.0 and up.
