Norsar 7.1 Call pilot 2.1 not interpreting the dtmf tone 6 only on PRI
If I call into a back up copper line , works fine. If I call the pri main btn from within the same PRI, also works fine.
HOWEVER, when IO call from an external source altogether, the 6 is not recognized. "That extension is not available" from canned mary.
To isolate even further, set up a ccr tree with paths 1-6 all internal xfer to ext 221.Paths 1-5 work fine. I press 6 and it simply doesn't recognize it. So in summary: Calling into PRI, the digit 6 is not recognized. Carrier is Windstream

Did you test from another/landline set?

You probably need to upgrade the 2.1 Callpilot as it had DTMF issues.
3.1 is the latest.

CP 2.1 is not supported on a MICS 7.1. As Curly says upgrade to 3.1
