Normalisation - BCNF, 4NF and 5NF (Normal Form)

Hello People,
Does anyone have “normalisation” (BCNF, 4 and 5 NF) expertise?

I’ve Normalised my data to 3NF, and I’m having difficulty Normalising to it to BCNF, 4NF and 5NF. Can anyone help Normalise my data?
