Normal View and Preview Don't Match

Does anyone know why my "normal" view shows all text/content I created including the vertical scroll bar necessary to review the entire page, while the "preview" page has no vertical scroll bar and does not show all of my content/text?

You have to tell it to show the scroll bar.

Has been in the cabling business for about twenty years and is now the Sr PM for a cabling company located in the Los Angeles area.
Also a General Class Amatuer Radio Operator.
