We have a few users starting to use Office 2007. We have run into a problem with a couple of them. When they try to close word they get a popup saying that normal.dotm has been modified do they want to save it. If they say yes, then it tries to save it to their workgroup templates location on the network where they dont have write access. Then they have to click cancel a few times and finally get word to close. Can anybody point me in the right direction to get rid of this error? Why does word want to create a normal.dotm document in the users workgroup templates location anyway??
