nor receiving internet mail like hotmail

For some strange reason i´m not receiving all mail. I am receiving mail from people who use outlook etc but not from hotmail etc. Message of hotmail says there is a delay or if i put the server down its unreacheble. They are knocking at my port but i just cant find it in the logfiles even after I put loglevel to 15. Tried everything relaying, hosts, daemons, longer timeout etc etc. I´m missing something but what?

I ment not receiving in the title of this thread. Another message from another internet email provider (wanadoo): No route to host

Anybody any clues?
