Noob question - Last recieved call

Hi All

Is it possible (on the Definity systems using 6126D's) to see who last called your station? Like the BT 1471 thing.

if you are running the correct software (I think it's R10 but not sure) you can implement the "LWC log external calls"

Set this up in system-parameters features, and page 2 of the station form. Add msg-retrieve, call display and delete buttons to the extension.

when you miss calls you will get MWI, retrieving the message will show the CLI of the missed call.

Lol - I only realised now, the phones we use are not 6126D's (um, must have been my usual friday fat finger syndrome!) but 6416D's.

We run V9 I think, but I'll have a look if it's got those features.
