Noob Q, Have to have a domain user?

I have like 4 people who would like to have email, but, do not need to log onto the domain. Do I still have to create a domain user account for them?

the easiest thing to do on that note is to create a special organizational unit and put those people in it. Thats what i did for those users that just wanted email and didnt need to login to workstations.
