hi,

i just installed SQL Server on the server machine of my network.

now i would like to begin adding data tables and the like, but i don't want to do it from the server machine.

i have Administrator-level priveliges on the network; how might i access the console from a remote machine?

thanks in advance,
rs

Install the client tools on your PC. You can install from the SQL Server installation disk. If you are not running a Server OS, the install program ill only install the client tools. Terry L. Broadbent - DBA
