Im getting this error after my job reaches about 85% completion. Ive tried killing it and restarting but have the same issue. Looking at the events it seems the job actually completes stating it cant backup x amount of file or folders but then gets stuck at this error and wont fully complete.

Any ideas? anyone else experience this? I feel ive run into this problem before but cant remember what i did.

thanks!

Not come across this one before...do the logs explain anything more.

Look in;-
clBackup.log and JobManager.log and CVD.log.

With it failing at 85% I'd also look at;-
CreateIndex.log, updateIndex.log and archiveIndex.log

I've put a list of explanations relating to logs in the faq folder (has to be reviewed first though before it's released).

Do you have any post-backup command defined?

Back-up is completed at 85% and if a command is given at that point, it may be an incorrect command.

Agree with Sybje. Looks like you have a post backup process that is giving you problems.

Yes, it was a post backup process problem, we looked into the job details and that was it.

Thanks!
