Nonstop Appletalk errors

We have about 10 Macs and 10 PCs. The server is running on NT4, running appletalp service for the macs. We are not using DHCP. The problem is that on the macs we get very boring popups all the time. "Your appletalk networks is now available" and "Acces to your appletalk has been interrupt..." Those two are nonstop popping up. We have tryed serveral things. We bought a new Switch. We Bought an exdtremly good Network adapter in the server...
Have you any information about this?
