I am trying to set up a "backup job" for my daily backups. I currently have a job setup to do a full backup Monday - Friday. The problem is that on some days the job hangs, fails, or will start during office hours. I want to create a job that I can fire off manually when this happens. I'm just going to backup Exchange stores, Databases, and User files. This back up will be saved to a local disk not a tape because I suspect that we are having issues with the tape drive. When I set up the job I have to setup a recurring schedule or a run now. I would like to have the job setup ahead of time.
