Whenever I start my MDB named "Claims Prod", with a title of "Analyst Input" I get a pop-up message that says:

The form name "Analyst Input 1" is mispelled or refers to a form that doesn't exist.
If the invalid form name is in a macro, an Action Failed dialog box will display the macro name and the macro's arguments after you click OK. Open the macro window, and enter the correct form name.

I have no macros, modules, queries, reports or pages listed. There are two tables; table1 and table2, neither populated. There are several forms, none of which contain the word "Input" that I can find. I also cannot find any code with the words "anlyst input1".
Does anyone know how to get rid of this pop-up or where to look for "Input Analyst1"?

TIA

One tips, is to check the contents of Tools | Startup - Display Form/Page;-)

1. Check your start up options.
2. Check to make sure you can view all hidden objects.
3. Check the Form_Load event of your form (and other events)
- current event etc.
