None of My Reports Are Working!!!

The Crystal Enterprise server is up and running. However, when I try to view any report (including the sample reports), the parameters don't appear and i get an error
stating:

Error Encountered by Crystal Page Server.
.....Shutdown of the server or inactivity.....
On PageServer: EGLSMTIER01.CACHESERVER.

Any idea what is going on?
