Nondisclosure agreement

I am unsure if this is the right forum, but its close, so here goes.

I often work on data conversions and other projects where entire company databases are sent to me. Of course, if I was unethical, I could do a lot of damage by sending thier customer list, recipies and ohter proprietary information around to the right people.

Well for the first time, someone has asked me to write a nondisclosure agreement. I have signed these in the past but to be honest I have never even kept a copy.

Does anyone out there have a good example of a simple nondisclosure agreement or maybe can point me to a URL that has this?

I do not want a 20 page document that only a lawyer could appreciate, I just want a simple, to the point document to cover the client's interests in these cases.
