I have a user who is has a long document in which ALL hyphens are entered as nonbreaking hyphens. This causes any word that is hyphenated to automatically be put on the same line. I cannot enter a breaking hyphen anywhere in this document. Does anyone know how to make this stop happening?

Thanks in advance

I found something on this! See below!

To hyphenate part of the document, select the text you want, select Tools, Language then Hyphenation, Manual. If Word finds a word to hyphenate, click yes. If you want to insert the hyphen in another part of the word, use the arrow keys to move the insertion point to where you'd like. Hope that helps!
