Hi everyone,
I'm not used to forums so hopefully this will be simple!
We use SMS (not sure which version) at work and the other day it decided it would not upload our stock levels to teh XML Feed we use.
As well as this it is now losing customer order details that were there one moment and gone the next!!
I have had two error messages: the lastest being
"Run time error '-2147467259 (80004005)
Automation Error
Unspecified Error"
But then it seems to work fine after...?
Can someone at least point me in the direction of the problem?
I have little/no knowledge of how systems work/jargon/technical names so please use very basic language!!!
